being all dolled-up is different from just smelling good and looking fresh.....i'm sure women can afford that.i know that filipinas are that way.i've interacted with a lot of filipinas and i can testify that no matter how hard a day they've had at work,not a single one of them smell bad.they always smell of fresh cologne.and that is to be definitely appreciated.
