The ground water is the result of the deep excavation for high rise building in around Doha including as far from Sadd and Bin Mahmoud Area.

The water discharge into the sea are tested and have to pass through alot of departmental approvals prior to its discharge into the sea. and During the rainy seasons, storm rain off is also included in the Drainage System.
