i think you should stay and think about it, maybe one more month.

i understand that after 4 months in a foregn country, you get home sick!
maybe you should try to meet some nice people like here on ql.
ql is a good place to hang out, but better is, when you can meet some of the users in person, the hang out will be more fun.

it happened to every person who left their country.
there is no place like home. but if you get to meet good people you will find a space in qatar and consider it as your "home", at least for the time been.

if you are having problem with your boss, i think try and solve it out, instead of just "RUN AWAY"!

the same thing happened to one of my husband's employees,who wanted to leave after 2 months,saying that his wife left him while hes here and that his baby is left alone.
its really not easy, after all the expanses for visa, ticket flat and so on.... for the employee to just leave! its a lot of lost! put your self in your bosses shoes.

in the end its all up to you to leave,or stay. one thing you must do, is to at least leave in a polite way.

nobody can tell the future.
