I have a recipe for biltong! Problem is getting the condiments we would need!

We can order a biltong maker from a SA guy I know in Belgium and voila, we could be munching in hours!

As for being scared to go to SA, don't be, just stay in a good area, go where there's a lot of light and enojy the beauty!
