This is tough to say. I think its mixed up here in Qatar from what I see. There are talented developers with poor salaries stuck with the wrong companies and they dont have a chance to grow or become part of something or the other extreme as under-qualified guys working for large companies pulling in the dough$$$. Just because some Joe Habibi guy can shmoose in an interview and get the job. I consider Resumes flowered with too many qualifications as a big red flag. whereas ignorant managers are looking for flowery resumes, instead of actual factual resumes. also ASP or Oracle on a resume is a major turn off to me.
