Firstly, congratulations on your new born son and wishing him good health.
As far as I know, any child born in Qatar should have a valid visa within a grace of 2 months and delay after this period will attract Qrs. 10/- day penalty.
Since you are on visit visa, you would need to check with the National Health Authority near Lulu Center opposite HMC, where they issue Birth Certificates.
Normally, it would be your husband who will need to do the running around and make sure you apply for his Birth Certificate to make a Passport for him or else you will not be able to fly out of the country..
