I believe that we must make a group of unsatisfied customers and go to the bank at once angrily. So that the branch manager knows whats going on at the customer service and call centers. When they get one unsatisfied customer they dont care. If they see many angry customers coming. They Might surely change and start being responsible from next time. lol..
