But i think, there should be a reason at least like company is shooting down due to loss profits, misbehaviour of the employee, incompetence, poor performance or just plainly your employer dislike you and blah blah blah.
If the employer want to terminate a worker, he will have 101-reasons in mind, and sometimes the reasons are just pure nonsense.
