it's quite sad how so many in this part of the world refuse to take responsibility for their actions. in car accidents, at work, in conflicts, everywhere. a lot of people in canada don't either, but it's taken to an incredible level in this region.
a friend while i was living in egypt lent me a copy of Jon Stewart's Democracy Inaction book and in one chapter he had knock knock jokes from all around the world. the one for the middle east was:
first man: "knock knock"
second man: "no sir, it is you who is wrong"
i wouldn't have realized how fitting this is if i hadn't lived in this region.
