Qatarisun, in any civilised country where the rule of law prevails, you have courts that hand out sentences and institutions that execute them. A soldier shooting a prisoner just doesn't fit into such a context no matter what the guy did. And then about the billions of dollars, well actually that money is sent to prop up a corrupt secular pro western government that is willing to sell their cause if the price is right. It never was meant to reach the citizens or improve their lifestyle. And about Israel making progress? That's a joke. The israeli real estate market is what's crumbling. Most israelis today are trying to sell their property and return to the countries they migrated from due to the lack of security in israel and hence the market has crashed. And Israel would not exist if it were't for the big brother over the atlantic who is paying dearly to satisfy his younger barbarian kinship. But guess what, the US ain't gonna be there forever, in other words the occupation of Palestine is destined to end sooner or later and who laughs last laughs longest.
