The same thing happend with me when i was in dubai. u have to speak to the senior officer. and also tell them that b'coz of language u couldn't understand what he has framed. the senior officer they understand and they know local people how they drive and behave when they drive.but pls be polite. i know some time the blood boils from inside. they will listen to u. all the best.
