1. First of all, dont get tensed for anything.
2. Drink lot of water..., say 3 litres per day, if you can.
3. Please go for a small 20 - 30 minutes walk in corniche or wherever u get fresh air...
4. listen to nice songs, which relaxes,...
5. eat lot of green vegetables, particularly cabbage soup...

Of all these... Smile... if u can, laughter therapy is the best medicine for anything... watch all comedy programs...
