But i think they can marry in the courts here but like Las Vegas it is not recognised outside of qatar, they will proberbly have better luck with the british embassy if they go there together although I do believe there is a long waiting period before they will conduct the ceremony as the british embassy will have to check that both are legal to marry and as with anything that requires two different countries government bodies it will involve alot of paper work and time.
