You took the law in your own hands by overtaking her ... sorry to say but it was your fault ! what she did was not her intention it could be her poor judgement or a mistake which you could have avoided !! 

Eitherway if you would have noted her number and complained to police ... i am sure the police would have supported you since you was not at fault in the first stage ...

Anyhow, how many cars do you overtake in a day ? just curious
