The face to face interview may just be related to getting a feel for you as a person since you have already gone through the tech stage.

Do not feel pressurised to submit your salary expectations on the spot. You can easily say you will consider it and email them the following day. If they fail to provide an offer at least ask them to supply you with the benefits save the basic salary in order to assist with A. understanding the package and B. being able to submit your expected basic salary.

Should they offer you on the spot the full financial pacakage, I would not give an immediate OK if good but rather email them with a final decision the following day. If the offer is awful express the same and say that you can revert back with your comments on the same the next day after "doing the numbers".

Finally, keep in mind that they may/should have a grading system. This will have set the benefits and salary per grade with a possible plus/minus range for the basic salary. You may find that you can pop that in the conversation if  necessary or  if the chance arises.

Don't jump into the financias immediately. I can't stand doing an interview to feel that the applicant that I may hire rushes through the job aspects giving little passion for that aspect and asks heaps of questions about money. Passion and job talk first, money second... My thoughts anyway.
