we both encounter the same scenario and i get pissed off when their coordinator on the first teller in their main bank approached me before i took my credit cards with them. swear, they don't know what is customer satisfaction here in doha. not only the bank itself, even in restaurants and other consumer outlet.

and it doesn't matter at all to complain coz until now, i haven't received any response nor action from their office. complaints are not totally beneficial anymore. hence, it will ruin your time, schedule and effort. better solution: forget about Mashreq Credit Cards. no more, no less.

 

It is better to endure the hardship of education than to taste the bitterness of ignorance.
