thats selfishness, I disagree and so does islam with fathers who force their daughters into marriages. According to islam a girl can marry by her choice, if her father disagrees then she can look up to her grand father. On the other hand if her father wants the girl to get married to a guy, she can say no and the marriage wont happen. No one can force anyone on anything.
