I have a suggestion not to change the Sponsorship to the Company as almost all Companies are hiring husband Sponsored ladies. She should only get a work permit from the labour which the Company can do easily. Changing the Sponsorship from you to the Company has got some disadvantages. She should stick with that job and if she resigns or get terminated they should provide an NOC otherwise she must leave the country. If she is under your Sponsorship it will be easier to shift to a better job.
