To all,
Here I am working in Qatar and staying with family status, my wife is been in Qatar for more than one year in my sponsorship (family visa).
My question is,
If she gets job here does she need to be changed her visa from family visa to work visa? Or she can able to work still under my sponsored visa…
Suppose the employer wants to change her visa status into work visa, do I need to give NOC from my side?
Also if she thinks to quit the job in between then what will happen to her visa if it is under work visa? Can I change (transfer) her visa status back to family visa?
Is the Company NOC required for staying further with family visa in Qatar?
Or does she need to go out of the country and apply again for new family visa?
Please help me out to clarify my doubts.

is the company possible to tansfer her visa (from family to work visa)without my knowledge only based on the NOC from me (just by givng the no objection for my wife to work in XYZ company)
I have a suggestion not to change the Sponsorship to the Company as almost all Companies are hiring husband Sponsored ladies. She should only get a work permit from the labour which the Company can do easily. Changing the Sponsorship from you to the Company has got some disadvantages. She should stick with that job and if she resigns or get terminated they should provide an NOC otherwise she must leave the country. If she is under your Sponsorship it will be easier to shift to a better job.
Your wife can still work to any Company here in Qatar under your sponsorship, provided that she will obtain labour Card for Labour Dept (long procedure but worth it)
A Company may request for transfer of sponsorship if she is not processing the labour Card, and if they still insist, you can still do so, by giving NOC, Passport Copy and RP Copy of yours.
For those transfer of spopnsorship, no need for Exit.

Look My Friend Dont Panic 98% Of the companies will take female workers for job under husband sponsorship becoz the companies dont get the availability to get independent female visas from the labour dept. so which ever company ur wife is willing to work its good they might ask an NOC from sponsor which is U in this case its a one day process from the labour dept in which u state that u have no Objection for letting ur wife work with XYZ company

If the company insists on transferring her sponsorship the you have to give an NOC. If she resigns then the company has to give NOC to transfer sponsorship back to you. If they cancel the visa she will then have to leave the country and return on a new family visa.
