I never said Islam was created to bring the world together, I said we should bring the world together through Islam. There's a very big difference.

Perhaps I've got my own little faith going on, but at the end of the day, I'll follow Islam to the best of my abilities. Remember, someone had to interpret the Quran, and it's been interpreted by many different people, so why can't we have our own interpretations? It's just how some people are hypocrits, they'll say "No you have to do this, it's written", but they'll also say "No you can't do that..." "why? It's not written", "but it's implied".

As for the day, every day is a valentine's day for the person I love. I'll give her everything, love, and respect. If the word Valentine can make her feel even more loved, then why not.

Point is, some people are not so stringent when it comes to religion and we just need to tolerate people's attitudes towarsd life and religion.

I know some Muslim friends who celebrate Christmas as an event (not the spiritual part), it doesn't affect me and if it makes them happy then it's fine.

God is the only judge.
