Amnesia.. Islam never came as a religion to bring the world together
It came as a religion which promotes the worship of God.. solely in Tawheed. And will this will only be established ALL over the world when the mahdi comes. (common knowledge about islam in every sect )
I wonder how come you don't try to change the day you share the love (similar to that of valentines.)
One thing I do .. rather than give my daughter b-day parties is to have a party (without a b-day theme) and give presents to all her classmates + her. She then doesn't feel left out.. however its not a party we do at the same time every year. which means we could have 3 or 4 parties for her if she wishes.
