For the first five (05) years End of Service (Gratuity) is calculated at the rate of 21 days per annum.
Post 05 years its 30 days per annum
Note: Some companies calculate it at a flat rate of 30 days per annum, at their discretion, irrespective of the number of years one has worked for.
