That's the problem of a monopoly. They can always put you on hold since you don't have anywhere (competitors) to go to. However, it is a systemic problem that exists not only in Qtel but in other large companies that have a big subscription base. Name it... phone company, utilities, banks, etc.  The concept of customer service and satisfaction has not fully sunk in yet. Then again coz we still don't have other BETTER choices around...

 

Let's just hope that the 2nd license (Vodafone) will do a better job at it.
