hey, leave salary and end of service are different. As per our contract we would be eligible for 30 days a year or 21 days a year. For eg, if you are eligible for 30 days leave a year and after completing one year if you go on vacation for 30 days, you will be paid that 30 days salary apart from your normal salary. And end of service benifit is the gratuity which will accumulate 21 days for every year you complete with a organisation.
