Women can do just as good of jobs as Men. LOok at the Prophets wife Aisah RAA who led an army, ruled a nation, and advised the khalifas on all matters pertaining to Islam.
As for dignity... What a show! You call dignity for a man oppression for women? While I call dignity being strong that I don't feel insecure if a women is more capable and intelligent.
