Speed, I find your views on women in the workplace sexist and neanderthal.

So you had a women boss who pulled rank...is that a gender issue? Plenty of male bosses pulling rank out there.

And I have many male employees working for me. They appear to have lots of dignity and do not think it is beneath them to have me as a boss.

Try to pull yourself and your mentality out of the Dark Ages.
