Dont worry you will get your money back. I had similar experiences with HSBC ATMS... but getting your money back from HSBC is a task. But Commercial Bank, especially the Wakra ATM gave me a scare by eating my card and notgiving me any money and within 24 hours the money was returned to my CBQ account....
