Canada is generally very good place, not just for Muslims but for anyone. Zero discrimination and a very healthy environment. It's economy is also in top gear, just like Qatar the economy's based on commodities and Canada is rich not just in one but many.

Can't speak for Saskatoon, but I have lived in Ontario and Nova Scotia and have only very fond memories to recall.
