You're right, I haven't seen anything for a while now except a bit of kerfluffle about women broadcasters and their dress. But if you are hired they will provide housing, air tickets and medical while transportation, education allowance, etc., is negotiable. (You will want to see the housing first.) They will provide your visas for you and by law now in a timely manner. You will have to decide for yourself if it's a good salary. Generally, a competitive US salary plus 25% plus housing, etc., is considered standard. But you will find that, like Dorothy, you won't be in Kansas anymore. Some of us find this delightful, some do not.
