I think the best thing is to find a company of others who want to loose weight. People reach their goals faster when surrounded by others and when there is some kind of competition.

Put nice pictures of you when you were slim everywhere in the house. So when you sit on sofa to eat some french fries, you will see slim of yourself and loose appetite.

I love food too, but many problems come once you gain weight, starting with difficulties to find proper clothes and shoes, and going to health problems. Besides slim ladies always look younger (unless they are heavy smokers, of course).
