Any one can help me. i am a mother of two chiled. one is 11 years and other is 6 years. Now my problem is my body is unshape now. big belly and big boobs. so i am very shy to come to any fucnction. i cn't wear any dress properly. I will try to cover all my waste. pls help me
what i will do to reduce this. ??????????????

Proper diet and exercise are the keys for the healthy body. Better if you have a proper discipline & mindset on doing such task. Goodluck

I think the best thing is to find a company of others who want to loose weight. People reach their goals faster when surrounded by others and when there is some kind of competition.

Stop eating after 6 p.m. and do light food days. I also heard from my friends that there are programs available from different hospitals and companies. They will provide you with the menu, but there is a charge attached in the range of 1,000-3,000 QAR.

Put nice pictures of you when you were slim everywhere in the house. So when you sit on sofa to eat some french fries, you will see slim of yourself and loose appetite.

I love food too, but many problems come once you gain weight, starting with difficulties to find proper clothes and shoes, and going to health problems. Besides slim ladies always look younger (unless they are heavy smokers, of course).

Aviod eating rice and skip the dinner or very light dinner.......your issue will be resolved....don't worry....

1st option: try some slimming tea, get from pharmacy.

warning: bound to have loose motion and weekness, but u will see result

2nd option:go on one week strict fruit and veg diet, eat raw best,will loose 5-8 kilos if done properly

3rd option:regular diet and excercise, slow result

your big boobs and big belly have little to do with your 11 and 6 years old kids.. i mean it's not a consequence of your two pregnancies.. you could get rid of your belly 5,5 years ago, so no such excuse is accepted..... as nomerci suggested, eat less and exercize more.. there is no any other way..
