Why not? Most hot days in the summer, we go on our deck (maybe called patio in some places, it's a platform usually built of wood attached to the house), my wife and I have chilled beers or cocktails and the children have chilled malt beverage while we make barbeque (grill) and the kids play. Then we eat under the umbrella on the patio furniture.
So, what's wrong with that?

So, back to the original question, how can our mafia friend here get a permit to go shopping for cheap beer at QDC to enjoy in the comfort of his home with his family while munching on a rack of Baby Back ribs?
