Compromise should be found. Ok, I understand that when the employee wants to “get rid” of his/her employer before the contract is over, it’s not right, and in this case the employer is the one who losses. But when the contract is over, and Company doesn’t even want to renew the contract, the Company still doesn’t give the NOC letter, and employee must leave the country for 2 years. This point I cannot get. Moreover, sometimes even the contract is over and the Company gives the NOC letter, the employee still cannot work in the country for 2 years by qaatri law. That’s seems to me out of any logic…I just recently heard this story from one of my friends. Her contract with QA is over, and she even cannot fly by the proved medical reason anymore… And QA doesn’t want to keep her either , and they still don’t give her release and she will have to leave the country! She found another sponsor and good office job, but she cannot get the NOC letter, and therefore has to leave. Why is that? Somebody can explain to me what is the point here?
