But oh no, according to them I had to retrieve it, and so began the long wild goose chase, amongst the wrong info they gave me, to find out where it was located- It turned up at the central Post Office.
They claimed that it was not their fault but was the law that the name on the parcel could only claim it.
Apart from that no problems
