I have met up with a friend who were in Qatar two years ago as CEO of a bank, he told me there are expatriate going qatar is just a low cost labor. Reason being is a local resident from Qatar can get average of USD 15K - 20K a month, where an expatriate who hold senior manager post may get USD 10 K a month. Is that true??
That's why I wish to get input from you guys who might know the average income for Project Manager in a bank.
