We used QPR and would recommend them. Their charge, for the paperwork needed to import our dog, was around QR550. For us it was well worth the cost as we had no clue what was required. We have since brought our dog back to the US and will bring him back to Doha in the fall, and even though we now know the ropes, it was well worth their fee to us to avoid the hassle of dealing with the local authroities in getting the permit and registering the dog.
The cost of the actual transport will, of course, be on top of that and wil vary depending on the airline and method of travel. I know Qatar Air does not permit pets in the cabin (except for falcons) but other aitlines may. I suggest you talk to Janet at QPR snd ask, she can probably answer any questions you may have.
