I also believe that this problem will NOT be solved in any near future, at least not in this generation. and actually we can do. or at least government can do. Just to let for rent all these hundreds and hundreds of empty accommodation, and it will reduce price automatically. And don’t say: maybe whoever owns these accommodations don’t want to rent them. They don’t want to rent them because existing law allows them to do it. Change the law so, that it will be much more profitable for them to rent it for the lower prices rather than to keep them empty, and that’s it.
