It says (amongst other things) "exceeding the limit". You usually get this when you go past a radar at a speed a bit over the limit (there is some tolerance above the posted speed but not much). I have no idea why the English translation on the MoI site is so inaccurate (and has been for some time--I would have to think someone brought this to their attention, but they have not changed it). It is very confusing to anyone who gets the violation and does not understand what it means. Even though it is for speeding, it does not include any black points, unlike (at least in the minds of whomever designed the "points' system here) more serious violations like illegal parking.
