THank you notfromhere.
But the actual conditions found were not as describe on your link:
1. "Doha, June 02 (QNA) - Qatar Statistics Authority (QSA) starts tomorrow, Wednesday, a pilot census for families and individuals in Qatar, to conclude in June 10."
- it was conducted today (25/06/2009), two weeks after the formal conclusion date.
2. "The enumerators involved in the census, have been enrolled in intensive training programmes and equipped with the latest technology tools that help the authority achieve effective results."
- he only used a simple notice book which can be obtained in most of groceries, and wrote the information by wooden pencil. No questionnaires form, not speaking english, no uniform, one of them using rubber sandal.
3. "Some 30 enumerators will conduct the census, with official cards issued by the QSA and will collect data on family status, education, profession and population characteristics."
- the official card shown by them is only a color
printed card in business-card-size carton paper with GSDP logo on it (seems like it was scanned & reprinted), anybody can easily produce this card by deskjet color printer. His photo -shown there- was printed directly (not pasted) on the carton paper but with a stamp on it, if it is printed originally, then there will be no stamp on the photo. Normally the stamp (which part of it on the photo & other on the card) was used to legitimate the photo when it was pasted to the card (not direct printing).
With all those irregularities, can we trust them from the authority?
