Visit one of the Qtel outlets and speak to an advisor. They should be able to replace the sim card and they will have a record of how much credit you have. As for your contacts, most new phones store contacts on the phone rather than the sim so you should be ok. If not, buy a sim reader or sim backup and connect to your pc - you should be able to at least retrieve your contacts this way.
