I also got the same treatment of visiting QIC bldg 2 times to get my insurance renewed. I was surprise to see the huge nos of ppl standing and many of them were angry at this LIMITED TOKEN SYSTEM. Many were there coming from faraway distances but just didn't got the token number. Now those poor guys had to come again on any next working day just to get the token number.

QIC management must reconsider it by giving specific time period (e.g. 7am - 12pm or etc) for 3RD party insurers so we dont' have to lose our energy,money & time just for this one procedure.
