Actually, it is my ex-sponsor. I am no longer under his sponsorship. I wanna come back to Qatar under a new sponsorship. So I need to know if, my ex- sponsor changes his mind,can he block me from coming back to Qatar?Any possibility for him to do that? He has already given me the NOC though. My question is after giving the NOC,can he block me from coming in another way. Even with the CID, what can he do? My ex-sponsor is not a company, a personal sponsor.
