Can a sponsor block u from coming back to Qatar after giving the NOC?
Hi guys,
My question is,if a sponsor can block u from coming back to Qatar after he gives the NOC? In other words, after giving the NOC, if he changes his mind,can he stop u from re-entering Qatar? Is there any possibility of that happening? Thanks everyone.....Have a good week!!!
he is not having any authority, provided that you have cancelled your Resident Permit. BUT you will not be able to enter Qatar before 2 years from the last departure as per LAW.
Actually, it is my ex-sponsor. I am no longer under his sponsorship. I wanna come back to Qatar under a new sponsorship. So I need to know if, my ex- sponsor changes his mind,can he block me from coming back to Qatar?Any possibility for him to do that? He has already given me the NOC though. My question is after giving the NOC,can he block me from coming in another way. Even with the CID, what can he do? My ex-sponsor is not a company, a personal sponsor.
no its not in his power unless you dont your record with the CID is clear.
second you can only enter Qatar after 2years.
and if you want to get back with in 2years you will need a letter from your ex sponsor.
He is your sponser since you did not changed the sponsership yet.
