Most of the health and fitness instructors here are from Asia and other Arab countries. I only know of 2 that are from the "West". The majority are cheaper to hire and "easier" to control than Western employees, in that they work 10 - 12 hour days perhaps 6 or even 7 days a week sometimes.

Many are well qualified but because of their nationalities they are not paid as well as a Westerner would be.

You may be able to get something at one of the 5* hotels but again, most of them are Asian/Arab and you'd be an expensive employee in comparison. That said, you might be considered just because you are Western and that might be a "selling point" to Western members?
