I also agree with boss 99, we have a mitsubishi pajero also which is an excellent car but the driver uses it so it is mainly been used softly and in a moderate way, it is always better to get the advice from the cars owner, the spare parts are expensive but I get a 30% discount at mitsubishi so it is always cheaper than a toyota to maintain, yet again honda 4 wheelers stay away from them they are not that great, the honda sedans are beuatiful but if you get a camry it will have a better after sale price.
For the toyota prado I strongly agree even if it was 4 cylinders although it is a small engine. The toyota fortuner is a good car but it is basically a pick up / truck which was extended into a full 4 wheeler, you can notice when u look at it and the inside is a bit plasicish.
Still any car you buy is much cheaper in Saudi, if you realy care about the money then buy the car you want which exceeds your budget but from saudi, (your toyota or american four wheeler such as yukon)and then buy the service/warranty from the dealer here, at toyota it costs 5,000 QAR to get it, as for yukons im not sure.
