she have proof that her sister died and uncle died because she have death certificate that sent through email by her relatives...and medical records...she dont have copy of contract even she asked many times to her GM. and not only her who get delayed salary..all of them we really wnat complain so that our other kabayan well support also and prooved that they dont ahve 3months salary.and from the start of there work they always have delayed salary...but they are scared to complain because they are hired from philippines through agency..but my friend hired local because she came here as tourist visa.
