Take company accommodation, QR 9 allowance for housing is not great, presently employed are getting THA (Temp Housing Allowance) which is good, but new employess have only two options,
1) take housing
2)housing allowance but no THA, without it you will be in trouble to find a 2 bed apartment let alone 3 as per your entitlement.
As for quality of housing, it is your luck, some get good building others don't depends on availability at the time.
If your family is small ask for 2 bed apartment, you will get Emadi near airport which is good quality accommodation, when compared to other buildings and location is good as QA tower is near by.
