The username is not case sensitive (just tried it out now)
The password is most definitely case sensitive.
Try using qatar12 (all lower case). This is usually their default password.
If this also fails just call up 111 ADSL helpdesk and ask them to reset your password. But you will need to call them from the number that is registered to your ADSL line ..
I haven't configured a service name for my PPPoE .. It works fine.
PPPoE should work absolutely fine. I'm using it.
