I can tell you one thing about that ,,,

It’s not about married or about if he is willing to marry you or not ,, is not about if he really miss you or not,, it’s about that deep feeling inside him which sometimes even him cant know that he loves you this much or he doesn’t... so :

make yourself busy and get a bit far from him,, then meet him after a week and see what he will ask you in the first place >> the first thing he will be missing about you ..

see if he will say ( I miss going out with you , I miss talking to you , I miss your laugh, I miss ,,etc etc,, you can’t make sure that he loves you but at least you have hope ,, but you can be sure that he doesn’t love you if he say:
I miss making(Physical Contact)with you . Trust me he will be just a man following his ......... with no love.
