As far as sharing accom goes, I know of a couple who have a 2 bedroom apt and have a paying guest with them. They charge him 2K for that furnished bedroom, but it's nera Muntaza, not airport area... single rooms or sharing are all within that range 2-2.5K or even 3K sometimes...
